Raised Glass is not just a drink review  blog. Yes, we’ll drink a whole bunch of stuff, and tell you what we think, but we’ll also scour the internet and local retail stores for great deals, and pass some of the info on to you, our readers.  And while there are quite a few good sites out there dedicated to various forms of beverage alcohol, many of them are restricted in their focus – there are great beer sites, whiskey sites, wine sites, etcetera…  We drink bourbon, scotch, beer, rum, vodka, tequila, and even gin once in a while.  Our only restriction is that we only drink kosher wine.  But with all the ground we have to cover, we had to set up a limit somewhere.

Chaim – webmaster – a recent inductee into the world of exotic beer, with the enthusiasm to push me into writing the content, the computer skills to set this blog up, and the guy who got saddled with the responsibility of maintaining it.
